Consent is given by users to grant authorization to an application, so that the app can access necessary resources.
In order for Apricot to work properly, the app needs specific access to resources on your Office 365 tenant. You need to provide your consent for Apricot to obtain this access.
The following accesses are required:
|Read directory data||Allows Apricot to read data in your organization's directory, such as users, groups and apps.|
|Read all groups||Allows Apricot to list groups, their properties and membership.|
|Read and write all groups||Allows Apricot to delete a group when an archive is requested by the owner or restore a group when requested by an administrator.|
|Read items in all site collections||Allows Apricot to access SharePoint data to determine user activity.|
|Have full control of all site collections||Allows Apricot to read additional SharePoint data. We never write or delete data in SharePoint.|
|Send mail as any user||Allows Apricot to send notifications to group owners.|
|Sign in and read user profile||Allows admin users to sign in Apricot. Only Global Admin and SharePoint Admin levels are allowed to sign in the application.|
