The ShareGate Apricot Dashboard allows you to maintain your governance plan at a glance.
You can review the status of your Microsoft 365 teams and find tasks you can complete to keep your environment safe and organized.
The Welcome back section at the top of the left column gives you a summary of your teams' activity for the last 10 days. You can see how many instances of the following types of activity occurred below:
- Archived teams.
- Kept teams.
- Deleted teams.
- Newly-created teams.
- Newly-categorized teams.
Tip: Click View details to open the Activity page or on one of the activity types to open the Activity page with that activity type filtered.
External sharing review
The bottom left section gives you the progress of your current External sharing reviews, and a summary of the reviews when complete. In this summary you can find how many instances of the following activity types were found:
- External shares reviewed based on your default policy.
- External shares reviewed based on your sensitivity tags.
- External shares deleted.
Your to-do list will let you know when certain items should be addressed for teams in your environment.
Cards are added to your to-do list whenever an actionable item is found in your environment. The cards you can get are the following:
- Entrust team owners.
- Take action on X inactive teams.
- Assign owners to X orphaned teams.
- Resolve X unanswered inactive teams.
- Set your external sharing policy.
- Set a threshold for inactivity.
- Know why teams are created.
- X unanswered teams without purpose tags.
- Resolve sensitivity mismatches.
- Set-up sensitivity tags.
- Apply the right governance.
Clicking on a card will bring you to the appropriate section of the app, with filters applied (when applicable) so you can quickly address that to-do item.
Watch the video below to learn how you can get started with your to-do list.
Note: You could see a discrepancy between the total number of inactive teams and the number on the Take action on X inactive teams card. This is because only inactive teams that do not have an entrusted owner are considered.
