How-to
- Select Groups in the top menu.
- Locate your desired group.
Tip: You can search by group or owner with the search box in the top right, and you can apply filters when you click on theFilters button in the top left.
- Click on your desired group to open Group details.
Group details header
The top section of Group details reveals some crucial information about your group, and allows you to perform a number of frequently used actions. You can find details on what is presented in the header below.
Go to SharePoint
Click on Go to SharePoint to open your group in a new browser tab or window.
Choose a group sensitivity
Apply a sensitivity label to identify the sensitivity level of your group's content and automatically apply the proper security settings.

Security settings
Review and modify the security settings of your Microsoft 365 Groups with these dropdowns.

Last activity
The last action that was performed on your group.
Entrust to owners
Switch this option on to entrust your group to its owners.

Archive
Click on Archive to remove the group from your environment and archive its content.

Description
The group's description. In SharePoint, if no description was added by an owner, the default is to show the name of the group.
Tip: To change the description you can click on Go to SharePoint in the header. Once in the group, click on the gear icon in the top right. From the dropdown, select Site information. From there, you can change the information in the Site description field.
Apps used
You will find the icons for apps your group uses.
Teams, SharePoint, Outlook Calendar, and Outlook Conversations are the 4 apps that ShareGate Apricot verifies.
App icons become grayed out when an app has been inactive for the number of days you have established for your Inactive groups policy setting.

Content
The total size of the content in the SharePoint site collection that is associated to your group.
You can use this information to help you make a decision about archiving your group.
Activities
Reveals the latest activity on your group. You can click on View all to review all the entries for that group.
Choose a group purpose
Click on this button to apply a Group purpose.

You can edit the members of the Owners, Members and Guests groups of your Microsoft 365 groups.

Click on the External shares tab to review a list of documents and folders shared externally.
