The Manage page provides you with transparency over your team and group information. From the page, you can take action on teams and groups to ensure your environment stays secure and clutter-free.
To access the manage page and review your environment, click on Manage in the top menu.

Manage your teams and groups
One team or group
To access the details of a particular team or group, select that row.

Multiple teams or groups
To apply bulk actions to multiples teams or groups simultaneously, select the checkbox next to any team or group name. A footer will appear at the bottom of the screen with different options you can apply.
Filter your teams and groups
Filters allow you to find specific teams and groups based on a number of factors. To start, use the radio buttons to alternate between your Teams and all Groups.
From there, click any of the colored tile filters to quickly view:
- Teams or groups without purpose tags.
- Teams or groups without sensitivity tags.
- Orphaned teams or orphaned groups.
- Inactive teams or inactive groups.
- Teams or groups with external shares.
To drill down into your team and group specifics, click the filters icon found at the left of the page. Here you can apply filters for:
- Date of creation.
- Number of group owners.
- Privacy settings.
- Entrusted status.
- Activity status.
- Apps used.
- External sharing.
