Microsoft and ShareGate Apricot provide IT administrators the ability to label teams and groups within their tenant based on security requirements for data protection, accessibility, and external sharing.
ShareGate Apricot takes security labeling further with sensitivity tags that allow you to understand the data sensitivity of teams and groups at a glance, and apply the right security settings automatically to ensure your data remains secure.
With ShareGate Apricot, you can apply sensitivity tags manually or make your team and group owners accountable for what they create. Establish sensitivity options and activate the ShareGate Apricot Teams bot to send notifications to owners of new teams and groups to ask them what sensitivity tags to apply.
