If ShareGate Apricot is experiencing a performance problem, the following message will appear on the Manage page to alert you:
Several actions might not be working as expected. We are currently experiencing problems with team/group archival and login - Last updated <day and time>
This usually occurs when an unforeseen issue prevents users from being able to use the app as intended.
You can view issue status updates by following these steps:
- Select the Manage tab from the top menu.
- The error message displays at top of the page.
- Click on Check updates to view the issue status updates.
Depending on the issue status, the following updates are possible:
- Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue.
- Identified - Our engineering team has identified the issue.
- Monitoring - All systems are running as expected, and we are monitoring to ensure the stability of the fix.
- Resolved - The issue is resolved.
- Update - Our team has resolved the issue.
