Set your purpose tags and sensitivity tags, and your owners can select the tags that best represent what they intend to do with their team or group and how sensitive the information shared within it is, through Teams chatbot notifications.
The Ask owner(s) feature allows you to send a bulk request to multiple team or group owners simultaneously. Send a categorization request to the owners of teams and groups that were created before your activation of ShareGate Apricot, that were created before the Teams chatbot automation was turned on, or that need another look.
Tip: Toggle on Automate categorization policies so the Teams chatbot can automatically prompt owners to choose a purpose and sensitivity tag for their newly created teams and groups.

For information on how the chatbot notifications look to your owners, see Take action on purpose and sensitivity.
An owner has 14 days total to respond to the notification. If an owner does not respond to the first notification, a reminder is sent after 7 days. For security, there is an expiration of 30 days for categorization notifications.
When a categorization request is sent, the team or group owner cannot be asked again until the 14 days have passed.
You can use the collaboration status to monitor your categorization requests for these pre-existing teams and groups.
For more information, see Collaboration status.
Do not disturb list
It is possible to add specific users to a Do not disturb list to prevent them from being sent notifications.
For more information, see Settings.
Update your tag settings
From the Manage page, click the gear button located in the top-right corner of the tile. This will bring you to the appropriate section of the Settings.
Test your collaboration flow
You can use this feature to test your collaboration flow with owners of pre-existing teams and groups before you apply automation. For more information, see Test features before you turn on automation.
Once your process is set, select Categorization from the Settings menu, then toggle on Automate categorization policies to automate the Teams chatbot notifications for new teams and groups created in your environment.
